Physical activities play a vital part in children’s health and psychological well-being, participating in recreational activities increase fitness levels help strengthen the immune system and increase cognitive skills by releasing all their energy children become relaxed and able to think clearly. Children need to be active every day to develop stronger bones, muscles and joints, to have a healthy weight range, and to establish healthy patterns at a young age to carry through to adulthood.
